A recent graduate with a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in Anthropology and International Relations from the University of Cape Town, Esi is still figuring out who she wants to be!

She has a keen interest in the environment from a black feminist perspective, and she likes to write about South African popular culture.

Her podcast, The Deep Cut, discusses South African music with her co-host, Zwide Ndwandwe. So does her blog, Bantu Refrain.
